We offer for the skaters from beginners to seniors during 5 days
on ice
• 8 x 40 minutes of technical training on ice in small groups
• 2 x 40 minutes of expression / steps
• 1 x 40 minutes of spins
• 1 x 40 minutes methodical exercises on the ice
off ice
• 4 x 50 minutes of athletics
• 4 x 50 minutes ballet
