Jumping technique and increasing the complexity of elements:
theoretical and practical analysis of jumps of varying difficulty
learning new jumps in individual work with each athlete
practicing jump sequences from programs
working on consistency of execution
practicing jump approaches using a "fishing rod" (at the coach's discretion)
General physical training
Increasing endurance, developing strength and coordination
Special physical training
"Dry" technique practice with the same coach who leads the group on ice
rotator training (included in the camp price)
Classical choreography, modern dance, jazz classes, developing plastique, a sense of rhythm and flexibility, stretching for safely increasing range of motion.
The program includes: 3 hours of theoretical lessons, a detailed explanation of the mechanics of each element, daily athlete diaries, and coaches reviewing and adjusting the entries. Conscious work accelerates progress and develops a sporty mindset.
