We offer for the skaters from beginners to seniors during 6 days
on ice
• 8 x 40 minutes of technical training on ice in small groups
• 2 x 40 minutes of expression
• 2 x 40 minutes of spins/steps or methodical exercises on the ice
off ice
• 6 x 40 minutes of athletics and/or dance
