О тренере

Viktoria is an international coach, but more importantly for competitive skaters, she is an active ISU Technical Specialist. She is exactly the person who sits on the panel, calls the levels, and catches those slight under-rotations. Training with Viktoria gives athletes a massive advantage because she fixes their technique based on exactly what the technical panel wants to see, helping them stop losing points unnecessarily. On the ice, she focuses heavily on the proper biomechanics for multi-rotational jumps (triples and the Axel) and deep edge work. She has "the judge's eye" for spins and footwork, showing skaters exactly how to hold their positions to guarantee a Level 4 and push their GOE higher. Her methods get real results—she has even guided skaters to the Icelandic National Team. Her off-ice sessions are just as specific. Instead of general fitness, she works on the statics and balance required for solid jump landings, along with the targeted stretching needed for beautiful spirals and Biellmann spins. One of the biggest benefits of having Viktoria at our camps is how open she is to talking with parents. You can actually ask her about the nuances of the judging system, get an honest assessment of your skater's current levels, and walk away with specific recommendations for improvement. With coaching experience across Slovakia, Iceland, and the UK, she easily finds a common language with everyone—from ambitious kids to adult amateurs.
