A two-phase programme designed to take you from post-break to season-ready.
Phase 1: Foundation
29th of June - 18th of July

Everyone starts here. This phase is all about getting back into your groove after the break. On-ice and off-ice conditioning, brushing up technique, laying the technique base for the new elements, refining and embellishing your programmes, stretching and flexibility work. Build the foundation you need for what comes next.
Phase 2: Acceleration
20th of July - 8th of August

The second phase, also for everyone. Now it's time to push. Programme run-throughs (plenty of them), endurance work, off-ice training, and the advantage of altitude training. This phase gets you across the finish line and ready for the season ahead.
Who should come?
Any skater, any level, as long as you're serious about putting in the work and making real progress. Both phases welcome everyone. We group all training sessions by level so you're always working with the right challenge, whether you're in Bratislava or Ritten.
